In times when family traditions, labor, and craftsmanship are being driven towards obsolescence, we observe that the word "labor" has lost its importance and has been erased from many languages. Although the Kuchi community is not a settled society and has based their entire culture on migration, the art of jewelry has held great significance in their culture, symbolizing labor and craftsmanship. Today, the Kuchi community resides in the desert climate of the Afghanistan region, and the word "Kuchi" translates to "migration" and "migrating." Their culture involves combining materials such as copper, bronze, etc., with the ancient tradition of lead casting in the art of jewelry. The Kuchis, who have never adopted a settled lifestyle, endure their migratory and nomadic life through arduous processes. The indispensable elements of nomadism 'coal, water, and blankets' are indicators of the sustainability of their traditions through nomadism.

Aile gelenekleri, emek ve zanaatkarligin eskileştirilmeye yönlendirildiği dönemlerde, "emek" kelimesinin karsitinin bir çok dilden silindiğini ve önemini kaybettiğini gözlemliyoruz. Kuçi toplumu yerleşik bir toplum olmayıp tum kulturlerini göç üstüne kurmalarına ragmen taki sanatı onların kültüründe çok büyük onem tasimis ve emegin, zanaatkarligin simgesi haline gelmiştir. Kuçi topluluğu gunumuzde Afganistan bölgesinin col ikliminde yer alır ve kuçi kelimesinin acilimi göç ve göç eden seklindedir. Kültürleri bileşenler (bakir, tunç vs) gibi malzemeleri taki sanati icinde eski kursun dökme kültürü ile birleştirerek uygulamaktan geçer. Hiçbir zaman yerleşik hayata geçmemiş olan Kuçiler göç ve göçebelik hayatlarını ağır süreçler icinde geçirirler. Gocebeligin kaçınmaz ogeleri kömür, su, battaniye onların geleneklerinin göçebelik ile olan surdurebilirliginin göstergesidir.
